Delete Your Intake Account

You can request deletion of your Intake account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request, what data will be deleted, and how long the process takes.

How to Request Account or Data Deletion

To delete your Intake account (or request deletion of your app data), send an email to:

support@intake-online.com

So we can verify your identity and find your account, please either:

You can use the subject line “Delete My Intake Account” or “Delete My Intake Data” to help us process your request faster.

You can also delete your data directly from within the Intake app if you prefer to handle it yourself.

What Will Be Deleted

Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Some data may be retained temporarily if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, audit logs or records we are legally required to keep). Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is not used to identify you in the app.

Timeline

Account deletion and data deletion requests are processed within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.

Before You Delete

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you simply want a break from tracking, you can stop using the app without deleting your account — your data will remain safely stored until you return.
